– In case you ask a relative to receive the goods, you still need to check the goods carefully before receiving.
– If the delivery staff asks you to sign a confirmation of co-checking (ie confirming that you have fully checked and received the product): You should use all the benefits in the co-checking policy. Check with shoesme.store before signing.
– If during inspection you find that the product is incorrect or shows signs of damage, you have the right to refuse to receive the goods.
